We have a minimum order of  £25, this to ensure that the additional cost of shipping is not too high as a percentage of your order value. Shipping is charged as detailed below, starting at £6.95 and is based on weight, for orders up to 1 Kg ( the majority) Orders heavier than the standard weight  go up as the weight increases. Viva-lites cost more for shipping, as we have to have special packaging for them.

We deliver orders from Monday to Thursday, for live plants, by next day delivery. in most parts of the UK. We use DPD, as we have endless problems using other carriers, with late deliveries, mislaid parcels, damaged goods etc. While the DPD charge is a little more than some carriers, you get a superbly reliable service, an e-mail as the goods leave here, so you are aware they are on the way, and will be with you  the next day, they also have your contact telephone number to call if there is any problem, and in addition you can leave alternative instructions ( such as leave in back garden, leave in garage, or next door neighbour etc. ), if such is more convenient.

For the Highlands, N.Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles Scottish Isles, DPD's service is available but rather expensive, so we normally use Royal Mail, next day or two day service, has to be signed for, to ensure you get the goods. If you prefer to use DPD in any of these areas, let us know, and we will quote you.

European and foreign orders for plants are only sent on a Monday, and usually take 3 days, here we prefer to use DPD.

Dry goods are sent Monday to Friday, by the same carrier's as mentioned above.
We can arrange a Saturday delivery upon request, but the extra charge by DPD or Royal Mail is substantial.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, and Solo cards, we do not accept American Express cards.

We have a secure site, and your details are not shared by us with any other party, we do use your e-mail address, to inform you once a month  in our newsletter , of our latest offerings, special offers, and new developments, but you can opt out of this, if you do not wish to receive it.
