Aquarium Gardening is a small specialist company devoted to providing live aquarium plants of the highest quality.

We pride ourselves in offering our growing base of devoted customers the largest selection of aquarium plants, of any supplier we know of. We not only offer all the popular and regular plants, but a selection of plants that you will not find elsewhere, and from time to time exceedingly rare species of Cryptocorynes gathered specifically for us from the wild.

Unlike most other suppliers,  we keep and grow a  large percentage of our offerings. This means we can typically ship ex our nursery for the majority of orders.
If we are out of an item, it is seldom, more than 5-7 days before it will be in stock, as we usually have 2 import shipments a week,  arriving on Tuesday and Wednesday.
If you prefer us to put in a similar plant in lieu of an item, which may be out of stock, and therefore delay delivery by a few days, please indicate this in the remarks portion of our order form, otherwise we will hold order until the missing item(s) come in. Or you can ask to omit any items not in stock, and ship right away.

As well as the plants we grow, we import, from Germany, Holland, Spain, and especially the world's leading quality producer Tropica of Denmark.

Tropica are renowned for their high quality, as most of their plants are produced by tissue culture. This results in superb and consistent  quality, free of the bane of snails, bacterial and other infections, and they produce some outstanding Mother Plants as well, also outstanding Plants growing on Driftwood.

Tropica typically costs a little more, but plant devotees all over the world find their plants are worth it.
